I’ve tried using a couple other memorial journals, and was disappointed. Not this time. This Remembrance Journal is perfect for me. This hardcover book and celestial details are lovely, and the quality is worthy of what a memorial journal should be. Other books were cheap paperbacks, and not the quality I wanted as a keepsake to hold precious memories. What I like most is that the prompts are simple, but meaningful, and do not have anything weird or triggering. There isn’t anything overtly religious or woo woo, so I didn’t find anything offending. It just helps you to remember special things about your loved ones, and questions are open-ended enough to inspire expanding on thoughts. The only criticism I have is that the section about remembering the memorial service is that it did presume a bit too much that a loved one had a traditional service with burial in a casket. It does have “or where were ashes scattered” but it is kind of there as an aside. I just used the spaces for the questions that did not relate to my experience to share why the locations chosen for scattering ashes have special meaning to us, and stories that go along with those locations.Otherwise very well done. Thank you for making this book.

I think it’s a nicely planned out journal. Paper quality is good. I like the feel of the linen cover as well. There are lots of notes pages for open journaling as well

I didn’t realize this journal was for pregnancy. Bought it for my husband for his trauma therapy.

This is a Brilliant journal that helps you remember the best parts of someone you lost. It has questions that makes your think about your most favorite memories and favorite details about the particular person. It’s a Wonderful way to honor the memories of a dear loved one. It would also make a Wonderful gift to someone who is having a hard time expressing their emotions after the loss of someone dear to them.

I received a blue remembrance journal thinking that it was a postpartum journal. I chose deep blue and thought it was a color option for the postpartum journal. Be careful because multiple types of journals are listed on this page and they are all different.Regardless of the error, I think this Remembrance journal is beautiful. I actually want to hang on to it. It has a blue linen cover. Inside there is a place for memories, photos, and details about the service. It has a journaling space in the back. It is slim and will easily fit on a bookshelf. This is a great journal to gift a friend experiencing the loss of a loved one.
